Vivek Dharmaraj heads the Advocacy to Control Tuberculosis Internationally (ACTION) Project in India. After a career in international trade and marketing, he switched tracks to pursue his calling in social work. Subsequent to a project in East Timor, he spent five years with an NGO in India focused on community and personal development before taking up his current role. He is passionate about empowering people so that they have the ability to achieve their potential and to be change agents in society. He lives with his wife and three children in Pune, India.
